We love highlighting expert local craftsmanship, and these knives fit that description perfectly. They're made locally here in Portland, Oregon with a Carbon Steel blade and and Oregon Big Leaf Maple Handle. Even the sheath (which happens to attach magnetically) is made from Oregon Maple.
After taking a tour of the facility and discovering the mind-blowing process that goes into creating each one of these blades, we knew just had to feature them on our site.
